ERGO & Friends (AOGO) office stool with the patented ERGO TOP® technology and – explained using the basic model ERGO 1 M
if active and dynamic sitting is new to you ... then enjoy sitting on ERGO & Friends in moderation initially – above all if you already suffer from back complaints. Your back muscles must first learn “active sitting” again. As soon as sitting on an ERGO & Friends office stool strains you noticeably, please change to a chair with a rigid seat for the time-being. Muscles which ache a little are an indicator that training is in progress: ERGO TOP® will strengthen your back during the course of time so that youwill soon really enjoy "owing" your active an dynamic office stool.
ERGO is not a normal chair, but an ergonomic item of seating furniture with a permanently exible seat to all sides - similar to an exercise ball. Please observe that the movement is not lockable. Therefor sit in the middele of the seat with both feet on the ground. Do not support your feet on the rocking base. Do not knee or stand on an ERGO under any circumstances what so ever!
How to operate your ERGO:
In order to reach the optimum sitting high, press the release plate with one feet. You have the correct sitting heigh if an open angle (≥ 90°) is given between your
thigh and lower leg.
